This is a list of major urban development projects in Tokyo, Japan.

Tokyo Station 2013 Renovations to the historic Marunouchi side of the station were completed in 2012. Developments to the Yaesu side are expected to finish in 2013.
Tokyo Midtown 2008 A "New Urban Centre" Project located near Roppongi Hills, housing shops, the Suntory Museum of Art and the Ritz Carlton Tokyo. Midtown Tower at the centre of the complex is the tallest building in Tokyo
